Prices at Baku construction material market rose by 0,87% in May. Social Organization " Property Market Participants" reports that since the start of the year prices have increased by 14,4% and by 21,8% against last year's same term. The organization held the monitoring on 38 names and 88 types of construction materials, share of domestic production among them made 53,8%. Last month mainly these construction materials rose in price: sand-by 9,3%,macadam-by 14,29%, wood –by 2%,steel plate -3,19%, etc. and these construction materials went down in price- quarry stone-by 11,11%, channel bar -0,82%,zinced steel plate – 0,58% and glass – 0,5%.
