Murata has announced that European president Terry Churcher (pictured right) has been promoted to chairman, and Glenn Palmer (centre) takes over as president of Murata Europe.
Palmer, who was director responsible for European distribution and national sales, will relocate from Murata’s offices at Fleet to the European headquarters in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands.
The manufacturer of passives, RF devices and sensors also named Reinhard Sperlich as vice president sales for Murata Europe.
He was previously executive director, automotive, consumer and EMS, and is based in Murata’s offices in Nürmberg, Germany.
