The Average Steel Prices in China Dropped by 0.4% From a Week Ago

According to the report of China's Ministry of Commerce (MOC), the average steel prices in China dropped by 0.4% from a week ago during March 11st through March 17th. In the given period of time, the average prices of rebar with diameter 12mm and high-speed wire rod with 6.5mm diameter both fell by 0.5% from week ago. At the same time, the average prices for minerals fell by 0.9%; those for iron ore decreased by 0.9%; those for zinc ore dropped by 1.5% and those for copper ore declined by 0.2%, all compared to the average prices in a week ago.
