Construction Week reported that Al Arabi Group has won a tender from Kuwait Oil Company to supply pipelines with a value of more than USD 98 million.
The company said that its subsidiary Al Arabi Energy & Technology had been awarded a tender with a value of 27.7 million Kuwait dinars for a two and a half year contract to install pipelines in South East Kuwait.
The win which was announced on the website of Kuwait's Central Tenders Committee is the second granted by Kuwait Oil to Al Arabi Energy & Technology within the past six weeks.
On 18 October, the company announced that it had won a contract to deliver pipelines in the north of Kuwait worth USD 59.5 million.
