Iggesund to Exhibit Paperboard Grades for Digital Luxury Packaging at Xeikon Event

Swedish firm Iggesund Paperboard is set to showcase its Invercote and Incada paperboard grades for luxury packaging at this year’s Xeikon event.

The company will exhibit high-end heavyweight substrates at Xeikon Café Packaging Innovations event, which will take place from 28 to 31 March.

Invercote and Incada paperboard grades can be used in different applications, including packaging, folders, brochures, paperback-covers, greeting cards, labels and tags.

Incada is a multi-layered folding box board (FBB) based that can be used in different graphical applications such as picture postcards, brochures and book covers.

It can also be used in the packaging of cosmetics, health care items, confectionery, pharmaceuticals and tobacco products.

Invercote is a solid bleached board (SBB) that can be used by brand owners to provide decorative print for luxurious appeal of the product.

This board can be used in applications, including wine and spirits, perfume and cosmetics, toiletries, pharmaceuticals, brochures and confectionery.

Iggesund Benelux, UK and Ireland regional manager Wouter Hendrikse said: “Xeikon Café attracts highly sophisticated printers, provides a fresh overview of the digital market, and gives suppliers the opportunity to absorb feedback and insights to adapt accordingly.

“We look forward to educating printers on the range of application possibilities with Invercote and Incada, and how to choose the right paperboard for their high-end digitally printed packaging.”

Established in 1685, Iggesund produces high-end heavyweight substrates to provide enhanced printing surface for high resolution packaging and graphic reproduction.
