Ossid, a division of Pro Mach is all set to introduce its Integrity horizontal form-fill-seal machine, which has been designed to meet United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) meat, poultry, dairy, and 3-A Sanitary Standards.
According to Ossid, the Integrity, which is rated at 10 to 15 cycles per minute (CPM), also complies with PackML and can be customized for customer specific applications.
Ossid vice president and general manager Ernie Newell said the form-fill-seal machine has been built by the company from the ground up to be the ideal price/performance platform for the market's 10-15 CPM segment.
"Customers will find the unit exceptional as is. They will also discover that its modular design accommodates application customization in terms of mechanics, control, and communication and that it meets customer requirements in the areas of production, sanitation, quality control, and maintenance," Newell said.
The system will be available in 320, 355, 420, and 459mm web widths respectively, indexes of up to 600mm and offers remote diagnostics through web browser, for technical support.
Ossid will introduce the Integrity horizontal form-fill-seal machine at Pack Expo, which will be held from 28-31 October 2012 in Chicago, Illinois, US.
