According to statistics released by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK), Turkey exported 80,396 tons of wire rods in October, jumping by 10.2% from a month ago while decreasing by 9.7% year on year.
Also, Turkey’s wire rod exports have increased for consecutive three months.
In October, the country’s export revenues generated by wire rods totaled US$50 million, falling by 23.1% year on year.
In the first 10 months of this year, Turkey’s exports of wire rods amounted to 781,587 tons, declining by 16.3% year on year.
In the given period of time, the country’s export revenues generated by wire rods amounted to US$505 million, down by 21.3% year on year.
