Berlinger Special to Launch New Anti-Doping Security Bottles

Swiss technology firm Berlinger Special is set to introduce a new generation of anti-doping security bottles this autumn.

Designed to be used for anti-doping testing worldwide, the Bereg-Kit Geneva security bottles are currently being subjected to broad internal tests for supplying to anti-doping organizations in the second half of this year.

The bottles feature multiple enhanced security features and latest technology. Bereg-Kit Geneva is a further advancement to the Berlinger anti-doping security bottles.

The company will manufacture Berlinger security bottles at its facility in Switzerland.

The new anti-doping bottles will enable to create counterfeit doping samples or tamper with existing samples, helping the anti-doping authorities to conclusively show such illegal activities.

In addition, the Bereg-Kit will provide sports event organizers with an advanced tool for securely storing and transporting doping samples.

According to the company, the new products are currently undergoing comprehensive testing in a program in which their component materials and anti-counterfeit credentials are being strictly assessed by both internal units and state-certificated institutions.

The two forensic examination reports that were recently produced by the independent McLaren Commission on behalf of the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) have also played a crucial role in the development of the existing Bereg-Kits bottles.

The reports' findings were used in the development of new Bereg-Kit Geneva anti-doping security bottles.
