Global canmaker Rexam has developed new can designs for three new flavours of Schwarze Eule, an energy drink brand of German company BLC Black Labels.
The 250ml slim format cans display three new designs, which reflect the premium nature of the brand.
Moringa drink features blue detailing against matt-black backgrounds, connecting it to its ingredients from the African Moringa tree.
The Limited Edition 2016, a special edition of Classic Energy flavor, exhibits Germany's national colors red and yellow, representing the support to the national side during the Euro 2016 football tournament.
Schwarze Eule's Sugar Free flavor features white background, whilst maintaining the original yellow detailing.
BLC Black Labels general manager Rolf Fritsch said: "The outcome of this project highlights Rexam's hard work and technical accuracy and also clearly illustrates the credentials of the beverage can as a packaging format.
"We're impressed with Rexam's ability to take our need to create a design with a stand-out visual and translate this onto can."
Rexam Germant sales manager Uwe Schmolling said: "In light of the upcoming European football championship, the can is the perfect packaging format for outdoor events."
Manufactured at Rexam's Recklinghausen facility, the cans are available to German consumers exclusively through Coop eG.
