Tetra Pak has introduced Tetra Pak TR/G7, a low-cost, easy to operate filling machine for chilled distribution.
The Tetra Pak TR/G7 has been developed in association with filling machine producer, Galdi.
The device has been made for a range of extended shelf-life products, including white milk, juice and still drinks, in four package volumes: 250ml, 500ml, 750ml and 1,000ml.
The machine is expected to deliver quality and flexibility in packaging production and comes with additional features such as a cap applicator, waste carton ejection system or a movable oil drop plate to make cleaning easier.
The Tetra Pak TR/G7, with a capacity of 6500 gable top packages per hour, is designed to reduce electricity consumption by a third. The device takes up less than 19m2 of floor space and is suitable for smaller facilities.
Its other features include easy installation, use and maintenance. It is delivered as a single unit so it enables quick assembling.
This facilitates production to begin early and minimizes costs. Due to its low complexity, only one person is needed to operate two machines. The production can be supervised on the touch screen operator panel.
To reduce production downtime during servicing, access to the machine maintenance has also been simplified.
