The solution consists of a multi-step process where a team of packaging engineers, sustainability and sales resources work with the customer to evaluate the entire packaging supply chain.
The team will review the data and deliver a detailed report outlining areas where cost savings, profitability and sustainability can be achieved mutually.
Stronghaven will track the data and provide feedback on the implementation for the customer enabling them to monitor the impact to their savings and sustainability enhancements.
