ArcelorMittal Has Made a Prosecution Against The Units of Severstal and Nisshin Steel

It's reported that ArcelorMittal USA LLC has made a prosecution against the units of Severstal and Nisshin Steel Holdings Co. for violating a patent for metal used in auto parts. ArcelorMittal filed a complaint in US District Court in Wilmington saying that Severstal Dearborn based in Delaware Michigan and Wheeling Nisshin Inc based in West Virginia illegally used technology for the high strength, aluminum-coated metal that only Arcelormittal has the exclusive right and license to produce, added that Severstal and Nisshin should pay damages after the judgement.
