Iceland-based plastics manufacturing firm Promens has introduced new Slidissime jar with touch & slide pump for cosmetic creams.
The new touch & slide pump technology integrated with airless pouch technology, is claimed to allow fully protected cosmetic creams to be released by a simple slide.
Slidissime is an airless jar consisting of a collapsible pouch and a flexible airless pump and is expected to provide sensual as well as better experiences to the consumer with the new touch technology.
The jar releases a cream dose on a touch and slide movement through a thin hole, which closes after each delivery in order to avoid any air-intake and drying of the formula.
The company claims that the new Slidissime jar offers protection from oxidation, UV rays and other external contaminations during its usage.
According to the company, the new jar is designed with Food Contact EC compliant materials and addresses the needs of cosmetic markets.
Slidissime is available as a standard system in Promens premium cosmetic jar collection in two variants including DIAMOND 50ml and QUARTZ 50ml.
