Glass packaging solutions provider Beatson Clark has created a new 200ml bespoke glass jar design for food producer in the UK, Atkins & Potts.
The jar has a deep twist-off neck finish which will be used for the range of condiments, jellies, relishes, chutneys and mayonnaise offered by Atkins & Potts.
Atkins and Potts co-owner Nicola Young said earlier the company had two different jars and its customers liked certain aspects of each one.
"They liked the clean sides with no strong shoulders of one of the jars but preferred the shorter, wider jar which was easier to get a spoon into," Young said.
Atkins and Potts is sold through delicatessens and farm shops in the UK and exported to the US, Hong Kong, Singapore, Germany and elsewhere.
