Retail can be intense sometimes, especially if you are in the trenches of the cash register. Smiling all day, making change and giving out receipts. So what a better way to pass the time than envision what you can do with the discarded items around you, for example recycled cash register rolls.

And that is exactly what the artist Eric Klarenbeek has done, using retail leftovers he created the Paper Lamp Project. With just a little bit of creativity, a lot of recycled cash register rolls, and some UV/PU Protective coating, wah-lah!
