On March 28, Hebei Province-based Chinese steelmaker Hebei Iron and Steel Group (HBIS) announced that its Hebei-based subsidiary Handan Iron and Steel Co. (Hansteel) has signed an agreement with China's biggest wheel manufacturing enterprise Fujian Province-based Zhengxing Wheel Group Co. for supply of an initial batch of 70 mt of 380 CL wheel steel for tests. The agreement is expected to help broaden the market for Hansteel's wheel steel.
