Enservio, a US-based provider of software and services to property insurers, has signed an agreement with MasterCard for the delivery of claims payments with prepaid debit cards.
The card-payment solution will reduce costs for insurance carrier as well as provides immediate, secure and more flexible access to claims settlement funds for policy holders.
Enservio CEO Jon McNeill said that the prepaid debit cards will provide flexibility for recurring payments as needed with immediate funds.
"Carriers who can offer their customers immediate payment options like this will save money and build customer loyalty."
MasterCard US Prepaid Products lead Brett Adams said, "With the Enservio payment solution, insurance carriers and their customers can benefit from these same types of simple, secure and smart solutions."
