Tekni-Plex firm Dolco Packaging has developed new processor trays for meat and poultry products.
The custom-designed trays will enable meat and poultry processors to be used for different products such as premium brats or sausages, meat patties, stuffed poultry or exotic meats.
Dolco’s in-house designers have created trays with various features, including compartments/dividers for sausages, deep-draw pockets for meat patties and structural indentations for easy removal.
Through using advanced processing technology, the company also produces a foam tray that is thicker than traditional meat trays.
In addition, the company produces processor-grade trays exclusively.
Dolco is providing standard trays in white, yellow and black colors, which can be used for a variety of meat and poultry products.
