Matrix Packaging Machinery, a provider of vertical form-fill-seal equipment powered by Pro Mach, has expanded its product portfolio with the introduction of new Inever MVC series at Pack Expo Las Vegas.

Pro Mach's Matrix Packaging Launches Inever MVC Series for Liquids Packaging

The new MVC series of machines employ servo motion control technology for filling sachets with thick, pasty liquids at high speeds while ensuring accuracy and quality.

These machines also use a combination of continuous film motion with an intermittent sealing process to seal the packets on all four sides to ensure package integrity, the company claims.

The MVC series machines use quality films of up to 100 microns thick which provide space to print eye-catching graphics.

Matrix Packaging said that the Inever MVC machines have been developed to overcome the problem of filling sachets with thick, pasty liquids at high speeds with accuracy and efficiency.

One of the new MVC machines has the capacity to produce up to 1,000 sachets per minute.

The MVC can also achieve up to 120 strokes per minute per lane at the upper end of production speed, thereby providing efficiency at lowest overall cost per packet.

Matrix Packaging will distribute the Inever MVC machines exclusively in North America.

Benchmark Automation, also powered by Pro Mach, has presented its InFlight FT (floating transfer) feeder for non-contact loading of bakery and other delicate products, as well as its servo controlled CPX 18 horizontal shrink wrapper at Pack Expo Las Vegas 2015.

The InFlight FT has been integrated with the CPX 18 Horizontal Shrink Wrapper.

The CPX 18 accepts a wide range of products such as bakery, confectionary, non-baked food and personal care products fed automatically from the InFlight Loader.
