The Mini Countryman JCW ALL4 Dakar Winner 2013 special edition has been launched to celebrate the car’s back-to-back successes in the gruelling motorsport event.
The limited edition Countryman John Cooper Works model commemorates the second consecutive Dakar rally victory by French duo Stephane Peterhansel and Jean-Paul Cottret earlier this year.
Mini will produce just 11 examples of the Countryman Dakar Winner 2013 – one for each of Peterhansel’s Dakar rally wins – with the special edition to be available exclusively in France.
Based on the 160kW Mini Countryman JCW, the Dakar Winner 2013 edition features an eye-catching matt black/lime green colour combination inside and out.
Sports stripes bearing the Dakar winner’s logo and Peterhansel’s signature feature along with the pair’s No.302 racing number on the front doors, while cabin highlights include contrasting green stitching and embroidery across the black leather upholstery and green stripes along the black trim.
A special edition logo above the glove box and a serial number complete the enhancements to the Mini Countryman JCW Dakar Winner 2013.
