Chung Hung Steel Cuts Its Export Prices for HRC by US$10~US$15/Ton for May Deliveries

Chung Hung Steel, one of the major re-rollers in Taiwan announced to cut its export prices for hot rolled coils (HRC) by US$10~US$15/ton for May deliveries.

At the same time, the company announced to keep the CRC prices unchanged for May deliveries.

The official of Chung Hung Steel said that the company decided to cut HRC export prices for May as large supply in China has caused a price dip in the Chinese HRC exports.

However, Chung Hung Steel remained its domestic prices for hot rolled coils and cold rolled coils unchanged at NT$19,250/ton and NT$22,000/ton respectively.
