Hotpack Packaging, a manufacturer of disposable food packaging materials, is all set to unveil its new 350,000ft2 integrated manufacturing and logistics complex at Dubai Investments Park (DIP) in Jebel Ali, Dubai.
The new facility will manufacture varieties of plastic, paper and aluminum products for the food service industry.
Hotpack Packaging, at its facility, has implemented integrated Warehouse Management Software (WMS) system for the new logistic division, and set up Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) Selective Pallet Racking System to handle the products and manage high storage requirements.
According to the company, DIP location is close to the Jebel Ali port and Al Maktoum International Airport as well as to major highways of the UAE and will enable the company capitalize on the opportunities rising from multiple industry segments.
Hotpack operates four factories in the UAE and one in India, and further plans to open new branches in Jeddah and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Another integrated factory and logistic center in Abu Dhabi and one more in Qatar are also set to be opened.
