Kerry Foods has entered into the frozen vegetables and accompaniments category, with the addition of new products named, Paxo and Sharwood’s.
The new Paxo Stuffing Balls from PAxo brand can be prepared in the microwave in just one and half minutes or 25 minutes in the oven. Priced at 1.50 per 300g pack with 12 sage and onion stuffing balls, these are available in convenient bag format.
Kerry has introduced six new Sharwood's rice bags, each including two rice steamer pouches. The new SKUs comprise Egg Fried Rice, Pilau Rice, Golden Vegetable Rice, Vegetable Fried Rice, Biryani Rice and Spicy Chilli Rice.
These bags are available at a price of 1.75 per 380g pack (2 x 190g pouches).
Kerry Foods sales director, Mark Boyle said the firm's first venture into the frozen vegetables and accompaniments category is with two of the nation's favourite brands.
"Targeted at today's busy consumers looking to cook the full meal experience, Paxo and Sharwood's new frozen veg. & accomps will help shoppers create hassle-free homemade meals, whilst offering quality from brands they can trust," added Boyle.
