United American Insurance Company has chosen iPipeline’s iGO e-App, with a strategy to modernize marketing of its medicare supplement insurance.
The intelligent fillable form software offers speed-to-market advantages and reduces costs while improving the agent's selling and consumer's buying experiences.
In order to enable agents to successfully operate the application, the insurance company is planning to provide comprehensive training, so that they can become 'iGO-Certified' agents.
iPipeline CEO Tim Wallace said that an increasing number of medicare supplement providers are seeking solutions to streamline and simplify the enrollment activity.
"iGO e-App is the perfect solution for automating the sales and application process.
"Introducing straight-through processing will have a significant impact on how Medicare Supplement business is transacted, and we expect efficiency and satisfaction levels to achieve new highs," Wallace added.
The insurer is also mulling over the launch of an iGO Certification program to manage adoption.
United American Insurance Company general agency division senior vice president Charles Mankamyer commented, "This program will ensure appointed Agents selling United American Medicare Supplement products understand how to access and use the platform and the advantages to both the broker and the consumer."
With license to operate in 49 US states, the District of Columbia, and Canada, the insurer offers an array of life, supplemental health, and accident insurance coverage to individuals, families, and seniors.
