US-based R-V Industries (RVII) has acquired Genesis Packaging Technologies for an undisclosed sum.
Based in Exton of Pennsylvania, Genesis specializes in the science and technology of pharmaceutical vial processing and residual seal force testing.
Genesis, which was established in 1996 following the acquisition of West Company’s machinery systems division, produces a line of vial capping and residual seal force equipment.
The firm produces products such as hand and laboratory crimpers, residual seal force tester, as well as vital inspection platform.
Genesis also offers parts and service for all their machines, in addition to those supplied by the former machinery systems division.
The employees and operations of Genesis will continue at existing Exton location with the support of RVII’s engineering, manufacturing and service resources.
