The automised electrophoresis system, MAESTRO 101 from Biotec-Fischer, is suited for hard routine work. It is made in Germany and combines rugged design, reliable technology with ease of handling. MAESTRO 101 can currently be used for all common electrophoretical separations on agarose gel as alc. hemoglobin, serum protein, lipo protein, urine protein and immuno fixation. It is also possible to run MPS electrophoresis. The analysis software, TurboScan, is the perfect complement for evaluation.
The agarose gel kits from Biotec-Fischer are characterised by high sensitivity and most reliable results. Due to a very special manufacture process of agarose gels developed by Biotec and their own manufacturing of reagents and consumables, a constant high quality of kits is ensured. The reagents and agarose gels compounds are especially concerned with the requested method and result in high transparency of agarose gels as well as most reliable results. The production of each kit is initiated with the customer’s order which guarantees the longest possible shelf life. Upon request the in-house production permits the manufacturing of agarose gel kits according to customer’s special requirements.
