Spanish oil and gas company Repsol Chemicals has announced the launch of a new range of polyolefins consisting of Repsol Isplen grades PR590C2M, PR595C2M and PR599C2M.
The new line, which complete the company's existing range of transparent polypropylene grades, is claimed to be suitable for food presentation and packaging, packagingeurope.com reported.
With the new grades, the company is able to match the specific needs of food containers and packaging, by offering an end product featuring better finish in terms of color and transparency.
The new grades also possess organoleptic properties, which preserve the packed product's sensory qualities.
