Global manufacturer of injection blow molding machinery, Jomar has announced the development of a new injection blow molding machine, the Model 20. The machine can deliver quality bottles in high quantities.
Jomar president William Petrino said Model 20 has the capability to produce 15 million annually of a typical 30ml eye dropper bottle if the plant operates at 6,000 hours per year.
"Conversely, during that same period or less, the machine could be used instead for short runs, with a single mold generating just 2 million of the same bottle," Petrino said.
The machine runs economically and hence is suitable for companies exploring entry into the injection blow molding market with small bottles.
