The Orphan Barrel Whiskey Distilling in the US has expanded its product range with the introduction of Lost Prophet 22-Year-Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey.
The launch follows the introduction of three Orphan Barrel bourbon offerings including Barterhouse 20-Year-Old, Old Blowhard 26-Year-Old and Rhetoric 20-Year-Old.
Bottled at 45.05% ABV, Lost Prophet was distilled in 1991 in Frankfort, Kentucky and it has hints of honey, dried fruit, apricot and clove.
Lost Prophet's packaging features deep black label and its embossed gold design elements beautifully showcase the lost lamb on the center of the bottle, the company claims.
Priced at a suggested retail price of $120, Lost Prophet will be available for sale in mid-December.
Commenting on the launch, Orphan Barrel Master of Whiskey Ewan Morgan said: "Now is the perfect time to add Lost Prophet to The Orphan Barrel Whiskey Distilling Co.
"It makes a fantastic holiday gift for whiskey aficionados and will allow those who have already enjoyed our previous whiskeys to compare and contrast those with our newest release."
