Automobili Lamborghini has announced that 2014 has been a record year for them in terms of sales and turnover. Their business grew from 508 million euros to 629 million euros showing a hike of 24 per cent in overall turnover.
Their global sales have increased by 19 per cent and the Italian manufacturer achieved this sales milestone owing to the sales of the Lamborghini Aventador and the latest addition - the Huracan. They also announced that the production at the Sant‘Agata Bolognese headquarters is already being used to capacity for the current year 2015.
Stephan Winkelmann, President and CEO of Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A., said, "For the fourth year in row Automobili Lamborghini delivered a very satisfying performance. The record values underline the attractiveness of our model portfolio as well as the strength of our global brand, product and commercial strategy."
The automaker's performance is impressive, looking at the overall global sales of super sports cars. The manufacturer has been constantly performing well in terms of sales and the company's business has seen a substantial growth over the years.
