Stradis Healthcare has opened a new surgical pack and contract packaging facility at Peachtree Corners in Georgia, US.
The new 70,000ft2 facility will expand Stradis contract packaging product offering, in addition to surgical pack capabilities.
According to the company, the new facility will increase its manufacturing capacity and play a crucial role in expanding its portfolio across all healthcare markets.
The new facility, along with operation in Waukegan, will bring the firm's total manufacturing space to over 120,000ft2.
Stradis Healthcare CEO Jeff Jacobs said: "Our investment highlights our commitment to supporting customers served from all across the US as we keep in tandem with their increasing demand for our surgical solutions."
Stradis Healthcare president Adam Sokol said: "In this day and age of companies moving outside the U.S., we feel a responsibility to enhance the local economy in Georgia."
The company is engaged in the design, production and distribution of surgical packs, medical devices, consumer health products and services.
