NorthWise Services (NWS), a provider of data management, statistics, and medical writing services to the pharmaceutical industry, has entered into a collaboration agreement with Merge Healthcare for Merge's eClinical OS solution.
Under the collaboration, NWS will deploy eClinical OS to collect, manage and report on clinical trials data across all phases.
Using a single, easy-to-use interface, eClinical OS provides end-to-end study support to its clients to manage and run studies and delivers built-in study templates, libraries and reports to help users create studies quickly and manage them effectively without technical assistance.
NorthWise Services managing director Philip North said, "Not only is Merge eClinical OS competitive in the eClinical marketplace, but this tool allows us to remain competitive when bidding on a new study with our sponsor clients."
Merge Healthcare president Justin Dearborn said the company designed a cost calculator into the system to allow its clients to generate their own quotes and create budget scenarios in real-time.
"This provides them with the decision support tools to balance options and costs," Dearborn added.
