China-based Easy Print has partnered with Hewlett Packard division HP Indigo Digital Press.
The alliance will focus on product development, technological upgrades and market development.
It intends to achieve mutual benefits in China and other parts of the world.
Easy Print is an online printing platform, which has seen rapid growth in the country in the last few years.
Some of the company's investors include SBCVC, Fosun, and JAFCO.
Easy Print claims to be following ‘enterprise-level sharing economy’ business model, and the company integrates upstream manufacturers on one side, and connects downstream industry customers on the other.
Easy Print uses SaaS platform and Big Data and it optimizes resource allocation within the industry. At present, the company has more than 300,000 small and medium-sizes enterprises and 1000 large corporations, while integrating with more than 10,000 commercial printing, digital printing, gifts, packaging, consumable items, printing raw materials and decoration project manufacturers in China.
On the other hand, HP Indigo offers digital printing solutions across the world. In the recent years, the company’s reputation has grown in China, adding more and more Chinese clients.
As per the new partnership, Easy Print and HP will promote automated and digitalised production. The two companies also plan to develop more personalised and cutomised products for their clients across labeling and packaging sectors.
