US-based Zov has introduced a new seasonal menu for the war months,which will focus on overall lighter fare.
The new menu includes Housemade Cheese Tortellini with fresh peas,asparagus,garlic,pine nuts,roma tomato and goat cheese for$15.95.
Shrimp and Watermelon Salad with cucumber,arugula,feta,fresh mint and lime juice for$16.95;Grilled Skirt Steak with summer corn salad and shoestring potatoes for$20.95;and Pan Seared Sea Bass with asparagus,tear drop tomatoes,jasmine rice pilaf and caper citrus sauce for$22.95.
Zov owner Zov Karamardian said the new seasonal menu emphasizes fresh ingredients and bold flavors.
The new menu is available at the company's Tustin,Newport Beach and Irvine locations.
