Net Driven announced that strong growth in online marketing investments by North America’s automotive businesses is fueling continued expansion at the provider of website and Internet marketing solutions for tire, automotive service, new and used car retailers in the United States and Canada.
As a result, the company says it is opening a new corporate headquarters in Scranton, Pa., where it expects to create as many as 50 new jobs within the next year. Net Driven says has doubled in size every year since its 2007 inception and the company’s revenue has grown by 3,000% in the last five years.
Net Driven is a leading online marketing solutions company that covers the entire aftermarket in addition to service centers for new and used car retailers, helping more than 3,500 automotive businesses in North America bring customers from the living room to the showroom with seamless Web-based technologies.
The Net Driven team of experts helps dealers increase sales, profits and customer retention by developing websites tailored to their business and their brand. The company’s services also include search engine optimization, Web directory management, social media management and search engine marketing to drive more leads via the Internet.
The company says lead generation from the company’s services is backed by third-party analytics for measurable results. Ultimately, these services are essential for automotive businesses because, according to a 2013 study conducted by GE Capital Retail Bank, 81 percent of consumers do their research online before going to a retail location and making a purchase.
“As Internet marketing becomes the most critical tool for customer acquisition and retention, it can also be the most challenging because of the constant and incredibly rapid shifts in technology,” said Patrick Sandone, founder and president of Net Driven.
“Whether you are a franchised, independent or aftermarket retailer, keeping up with these changes is a major obstacle to staying competitive, and that’s where Net Driven really makes a difference. For example, most retailers simply don’t have the dedicated internal resources to manage the constant changes in organic search algorithms or create fresh, optimized content for sites, so we handle that for them.”
The company will host a grand opening of its new headquarters on Thursday, July 17, 2014, in conjunction with educational seminars and the inaugural meeting of the Automotive Dealer Council. Formed by Net Driven, the council is the first of its kind. Its mission is to examine challenges in the automotive industry with dealers on the front line and develop new solutions. The first council meeting will focus on the tire industry with more than 100 dealers from across the United States and Canada participating in a program moderated by the Tire Industry Association (TIA).
“By creating the Automotive Dealer Council, Net Driven is creating a platform that encourages meaningful conversations among dealers that are long overdue,” said Donna Sage, director of marketing for the Tire Industry Association.
“These discussions are sure to pave the way for dealers everywhere to overcome roadblocks they are facing and grow their businesses.”
