US-based sustainable packaging solutions provider Liqui-Box has introduced the upgraded version of its new Liqui-Box 1000 filling system.
The company plans to commercialize the new dual head filler system in the third quarter of 2014.
In order to adress global specifications and improve the experience of operator without amending the features, the new Liqui-Box 1000 filling system is equipped with new technology in controls design, the company noted.
Liqui-Box global equipment vice president Ron Beard said the new filler combines years of proven performance with the latest controls technology to provide reliable and low cost operation for the company's customers.
"We will continue to develop and incorporate new offerings throughout our products on an ongoing basis," Bear added.
According to the company, the Liqui-Box 1000 development meets the latest safety standards with a low total cost of ownership and is said to
offer a convenient operator user interface.
The development is also expected to automate complete production start-up and CIP functions.
Liqui-Box provides sustainable packaging solutions for liquid and semi-liquid products. It also manufactures bag-in-box flexible packaging and pouches for different industries, comprising global dairy, beverage and bulk food markets.
The company's products can be used in fountain beverage syrups, bar mixes, juices, milkshake mix, coffee drinks, liquid foods such as concentrates and sauces, besides non-food products such as oils and paints.
In addition, the company provides fastest filling equipment and consumable packaging, including film substrates, bags with fitments, and pouches.
