In accordance with the standards of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) Mikogo has received the ISO 9001:2008 certification in recognition of its quality management system and continued focus on client satisfaction. The certification is highly regarded for its rigid auditing practices, which investigate each company's ability to, among other things, determine customer requirements, make decisions based on extensive recorded data, and respond to customer inquiries and feedback.
Mikogo was first officially recognized for the ISO 9001:2008 Certification in 2010 by an independent third party certification body. was again the party who just this year conducted a comprehensive audit of Mikogo's quality management practices covering all areas in the company's development, operations, sales and support.
