Madrid Signs an Agreement with Banco De Sabadell to Boost Madrid Apparel Sector

Association of Garment and Fashion of the Community of Madrid (Asecom) has signed an agreement with Banco de Sabadell (Sabadell Bank) to pump up investment and thereby give a boost to the apparel manufacturing and retail sector in the Spanish Community of Madrid.

As per the agreement, Sabadell Bank would offer favourable terms to apparel manufacturing and retail firms with a turnover below €300,000, modaes.es reported.

The deal is initially for a one-year period, with possibility of extension, and aims to help Madrid garment firms to ensure continuity of their operations.

The bank will offer tailor-made services as per the specific needs of various Asecom members.

Termed the ‘Business Expansion Pro’ account, the package of products and services would be available to manufacturing businesses, retail shops, and franchises.
