UK-based pub retailer Greene King has selected Berkshire Labels’ digital sleeves for its IPA Great Sporting Moments limited edition bottles.
Berkshire Labels has provided 250,000 uniquely numbered and limited-edition sleeves for Greene King.
The company has digitally printed 40 different SKU’s, offering 10 alternating high resolution images that have been presented on the bottles. It enables mixed cases and random images to place on the retailers’ shelves.
Berkshire Labels managing director Paul Roscoe said: “This was a very exciting project for us all to be involved in. It included some detailed pre-distortion artwork, 3D proofing, supplying pre-production mock-ups, and 250,000 unique digital sleeves.”
“The whole job was delivered within a fortnight, which is remarkable for a project like this.”
Berkshire Labels manufactures advanced self-adhesive products, shrink sleeves and wraparound reel fed labels.
The company produces shrink sleeves and labels for cosmetic products such as foundations, lipsticks, nail polish, toners, moisturisers, cleansers and waxing products.
It also produces all pharmaceutical and nutraceutical labels. It can produce two part coupons (three printable faces) and three part coupons (five printable faces) for the all pharmaceutical and nutraceutical markets.
In addition, the firm offers multi level embossing, patterned foiling, rotary hot foil, laminating, individual coding, sequential numbering and interactive options for the beer, wine and spirit labels.
