Reportedly, the Korean steel giant Posco has officially commissioned its new stainless steel cold rolling mill in Turkey.
It’s known that the designed annual production capacity of this new stainless steel cold rolling mill is at 200,000 tons.
It’s expected that the new stainless cold rolling mill in Turkey managed by Posco Assan TST will produce cold rolled coils with thickness of 0.3mm~3mm and width up to 1,600mm.
Also, the commission of the cold rolling mill in Turkey will boost Posco’s global stainless cold rolled capacity, comprising its Pohang steelworks in Korea to reach 3 million tons per year.
