The US's Steel Service Center's Steel Inventories Decreases by 12.2%

According to statistics released by Metals Service Center Institute (MSCI), the US’s steel service center’s steel inventories totaled 7.84 million short tons in July, decreasing by 12.2% year on year.

The July’s inventories represent 2.3 months of supply.

In July, the US steel service center shipped 3.46 million short tons, rising by 5.3% year on year.

In the first 7 months of this year, the US steel service center shipped 25.4 million short tons, falling by 3.3% year on year.
