Rousselet-Robatel Has Acquired an Equity Share in France-Based Callebaut De Blicquy

France-based Rousselet-Robatel — a manufacturer of centrifuges and complete process lines for a variety of industries including textile, pharmaceutical and chemical among other industries — has acquired an equity share in France-based Callebaut de Blicquy, an established manufacturer of textile dyeing and bleaching machinery.

The two companies have cooperated previously, and the merger allows them to continue that cooperation to bring innovative dyeing and bleaching process solutions to the textile industry with a focus on machines that offer product quality, control production costs, and reduce the environmental impact.

The merged companies recently made available a line for loose stock cotton fiber bleaching, and report the system can process 7,500 metric tons of fiber per year with comparative cost savings of 24 percent or approximately $900,000 per year.
