China touch panel makers are continuing to bump up efforts to land orders from international vendors as well as Taiwan-based OEMs in order to expand their business models, according to Jiangxi Holitech Technology.
The firm said that China makers have continued to improve technology and maintain lower prices than their competitors, which is starting to attract more international customers.
OEMs in Taiwan, meanwhile, are connected with many international vendors, which is opening up other business opportunities for Holitech as well.
Holitech mainly produces OGS and thin-film type touch panels, and said it expects its OGS production capacity to increase in the second half of 2014.
