The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America (Guardian), a provider of employee benefits, has introduced a new absence management program Guardian AbsenceWorks, aimed to help brokers and employers navigate the changing employee benefits landscape.
Supported by Guardian subsidiary Reed Group, the program includes two customizable product offerings to help meet the diverse needs of both small and large employers.
Guardian Group Products vice president Ray Marra said, through Reed Group, Guardian's flexible, more integrated absence management solution has enhanced disability offering for employers of all sizes.
"Now employers can look to one reliable source for providing high-quality income protection to their employees, and help to easily and effectively manage all Short Term Disability and FMLA-related absences, in addition to other types of leaves," Marra added.
