Rockhill Insurance Group, a US based property and casualty underwriter has implemented a suite of new insurance management solution Guidewire PolicyCenter and Guidewire BillingCenter, for its rating, underwriting, policy administration and billing platform.
According to the insurer, the new adoption will assist it to carry out the insurance process with speed and accuracy, while maintaining consistency across geographically dispersed organization and diverse lines of businesses.
Commenting on the selection of new technology for the firm, Rockhill's underwriting & operations specialty vice president Phil Cole said the company has selected Guidewire PolicyCenter and BillingCenter for the comprehensive functionality each system provides.
"We wanted to equip our employees with the best technology we could find and believe that these products will support their efforts and enable us to be more responsive to our customers and agents," Cole added.
