UK-based PV EPC (engineering, procurement, construction) undertaker Sola UK is seeking suppliers of crystalline silicon PV modules through Taiwan's PIDA (Photonics Industry and Technology Development Association), according to a Chinese-language newspaper Economic Daily News (EDN) report.
As the European Union's PV anti-dumping investigation has impacted imports of PV modules from China, Sola UK has turned Taiwan-based makers, the paper indicated, with candidate suppliers including Motech Industries and Neo Solar Power. In addition to PV system installation projects in the UK, Sola UK has provided PV EPC services in Germany, the Netherlands and Italy, the paper noted.
