The NPD Group, Inc., a global information company, has announced John Deputato as the new President of Apparel for the US practice area.
Deputato, formerly the Senior Vice President at The NPD Group, Inc. Analytics and Modeling practice in North America, will run the Apparel business. He, along with his team, will deliver insights and analytics to the fashion industry.

With over 25 years of experience in the CPG and research industries, Deputato has held positions both on the client and vendor sides of the business. On the client side he has worked with leading manufacturers in home, beauty, and fashion on brands such as Old Spice, Stetson, and Woolite.
On the vendor side Deputato spent almost a decade at Information Resources where he was the lead executive for major health, beauty, and personal care clients. Deputato has a Bachelor of Science, Marketing, and Economics degree from William Paterson University.
