As the increasing of the new production lines, the overcapacity is still a serious problem troubled the whole glass industry. Meanwhile, how to destocking is the first question goes into manufactures mind.
At present, Shahe has 34 production lines on operation, 3 in cold repair and 2 on construction. Due to the heavy fog and snowing, the transportation is almost shutdown. The inventory is increasing accordingly.
The inventory is not the prime reason troubled the manufacturers, the limited delivered factories volume is. Some manufactures hoped to add the delivery place to cover the main market which the futures can play a better futures function. To broaden the stock capacity is not a short term thing. It needs plentiful risk consideration and research.
