Edwards to Offer Improved and Localised Customer Support Across The UK

Edwards has broadened its long-standing relationship with vacuum pump service and repair partner AESPUMP to offer improved and localised customer support across the UK.

Through AESPUMP, Edwards customers now have access to a comprehensive UK-based support service and a network of six service and repair workshops located all across the UK and covering a broader range of pump types than before. Through the use of original quality parts and continuous training and support by Edwards, AESPUMP will be able to deliver high quality service, local to the users.

Edwards vacuum pumps for the industrial, chemical and scientific sectors are all covered by this enhanced partnership, which includes full service and repair, as well as a very fast product exchange offering or emergency repair where speed is of the essence.

“It is all about speed, convenience and high quality service,” says Hartmut Kirchheim, Edwards Regional Service Director. “This partnership gives our UK customers direct access to a comprehensive service offering on their doorstep, 365 days a year.”

The largest independent pump management company in the UK, AESPUMP has been an Edwards Authorised Service Provider for over three years, but has recently expanded their operations. Ian Wallace, AESPUMP Managing Director explains: “Edwards is a leading global brand in dry and oil-sealed vacuum pump manufacture and supply. We are very pleased to be able to strengthen our relationship with them, and with their UK customer base.”

Complete service and repair facilities are now available at all six of the AESPUMP workshops located in Bedford, Brighton, Gloucester, Grangemouth, Warrington and Wakefield.
