According to Japan Stainless Coil Center, the stocks of austenitic stainless cold rolled coils (CRC) owned by Japanese distributors and processors totaled 56,313 tons at end of June, decreasing by 2.8% from May.
At the same time, the stocks of ferritic CRC totaled 46,560 tons, falling by 2.4% from a month ago.
In June, the sales of austenitic CRC among the dealers and processors totaled 25,223 tons, almost unchanged from May and those of ferritic CRC were at 24,859 tons, rising by 12% month on month.
